General Description:
DAILY POSITION, MUST BE LOCAL HIRE
A general foreman is responsible for management of projects and is responsible for the safety of all employees working under their direction. A general foreman may have one or several foremen who report to him on a job site. They should be able to demonstrate good organizational skills, ensuring SOP's are being followed while promoting CCI's safety culture by leading by example. The general foreman assures an efficient working environment, keeps production costs to budget and is responsible for developing improvements where necessary. The general foreman reports to a superintendent and will be required to submit reports on employee performance, working conditions and productivity. They will also conduct regular inspections of the work being done to check for inconsistencies and deviations from company-established quality standards. Must have the ability to optimize resources
(manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely completion of the job. Be able to demonstrate good organizational skills, following policies, procedures and work practices. The ability to develop and review improvements where necessary. Departments may include mechanical, electrical, civil, operations, trucking and drilling.

- Ensure a safe work environment.
- Participate in CCI's safety programs by staying up to date with the online training modules in Virtual Training Assistant (EHS). Review and comply with the various Client's safety programs.
- Your responsibility includes representing the Company in a professional manner at all times.
- Proven qualifications and experience in previous level.
- Must engage in effective communication with crew and management (oral and written).
- Responsible for HSE performance, service quality, client satisfaction and crew moral.
- Coordinate and supervise tasks according to priorities and plans.

- Understands planning, scheduling and timeline changes due to material or budget changes. Ensure manpower and resources are adequate.
- Supervise the use of machinery and equipment including maintenance and repair.

Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and severe outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles in a mechanical shop environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Hearing protection and the use of safety eyewear is required in most working situations.

Requirements:Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED or diploma in a skilled trade (electrician, carpenter etc.) is required.
- A current Cook Inlet Training Standard (CITS) health & safety card, OSHA 10 hour, or 24-hour Hazwoper (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response) training is required.
- A valid driver's license is required.
6 years' experience in the oilfield industry is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A pre-hire post offer Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) will be conducted to determine an employee's ability to perform to the job standard. - MOBILITY: Must be able to access all areas of a construction site. Must be able to access all controls and all parts of machinery for service. Must be able to push/pull 50 pounds for 20 feet.
- HEARING: Must be able to hear audible safety alarms and radio communications.
- VISUAL ACUITY: Must be adequate to perform above listed tasks in a safe manner.
- LIFTING: Must be able to routinely lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist, 50 pounds from waist level to shoulder height and carry 50 pounds for 20 feet.
- RANGE OF MOTION: An objective range of motion measurement will be conducted and recorded using a five position and rapid exchange grip strength test during the pre-hire/post offer FCE.
