What are the responsibilities and job description for the Overhaul Procurement Support position at CCI INDUSTRIAL SERVICES LLC?
The Overhaul Procurement Support is an embedded contract position, working in conjunction with the Overhaul Warehouse and you are primarily focused on material procurement and coordination for multiple Hilcorp North Slope Teams; Turbine Technicians, Overhaul crew, Machinists, Project Support and others. Your work is essential as these teams plan and execute regular and emergent maintenance and repairs on over 200 large equipment trains. You will provide material cost estimates and availability routinely and often are needed to locate and quickly obtain materials for unscheduled maintenance actions. You will be interacting daily with Hilcorp vendors for both materials and services and coordinate material transportation, delivery, and staging as needed. This is a full-time position requiring and alternate.
Turbine Overhauls are complex and require as many as 1000 parts with a value of up to 10 million dollars. This position provides critical support for the timely execution of jobs to minimize production impact encompassing the entire Prudhoe Bay field.

- Excellent communication skills required, both verbal and written.
- Works directly with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Regularly updates teams to ensure materials are available for scheduled work and notice of delivery delays.
- Be proactive logistically to ensure delivery at minimal cost on time.
- Provide material status updates to Overhaul Foreman.
- Share cost savings opportunities whenever identified.
- Understand Hilcorp warehousing processes and locations, including special handling and storage requirements.
- Ability to judge best buy and when to draw from inventory or purchase direct.
- Help coordinate material deliveries from staging or warehouse to jobsite as needed
- Assist the teams in repair and return of condition tracked material.
- Proficient in advanced features of MS Office Suite. SharePoint, and OneNote
- Proficient ability within proprietary software systems (SAP/EAM)

Required Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- NSTC card
- Valid drivers license
- Advanced skills in MS Office Suite. SharePoint, and OneNote
- Advanced skills working with proprietary software systems (SAP/EAM)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of North Slope material procurement and coordination experience
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works on-site at the construction site where the employee is exposed to moving mechanical parts; high precarious places; fumes or airborne particles; outside weather conditions and risk of electrical shock. The noise in these work environments is usually moderate to very loud.
Position may involve exposure to extremely hostile weather conditions at times while working outdoors. This position may involve working with potentially hazardous materials and waste.
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. A pre-hire post offer Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) will be conducted to determine an employee's ability to perform to the job standard. - MOBILITY: Must be able to access all controls and all parts of machinery for service. Must be able to push/pull 50 pounds for 20 feet.
- HEARING: Must be able to hear audible safety alarms.
- VISUAL ACUITY: Must be adequate to perform above listed tasks in a safe manner and take hand signals from ground man or flag man.
- LIFTING: Must be able to routinely lift up to 50 pounds from floor to waist, 50 pounds from wait level to shoulder height and carry 50 pounds for 20 feet.
- RANGE OF MOTION: An objective range of motion measurement will be conducted and recorded using a five position and rapid exchange grip strength test during the pre-hire/post offer FCE.
