Purchasing Agent Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Issue purchase orders to over 100 employees daily.
- Order materials for account managers.
- Work with Rental Equipment Companies to make sure that the right kind of equipment will be delivered to each of the jobs on a daily basis. Also call of the rent on each piece of equipment as each job is complete.
- Work with dumpster companies to deliver, empty, and pick up containers as needed for each job.
- Order airline tickets and hotel rooms for employees working out of town.
- Checking prices with vendors to make sure that we are getting the best price.
- Other duties will be discussed during the interview process.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
