What are the responsibilities and job description for the Resource Coordinator position at CCI Managed Services?
Job Summary
The main responsibility of the Resource Coordinator is to schedule and dispatch the service and project teams. This includes the assignment and escalation of support tickets, updating the ticket’s status, following up with clients, other staff members and vendors as necessary.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating schedules, calendars, and agendas
- Verifying the availability of and scheduling in-house and external resources for planned meetings and service requests
- Understands department, ticketing and communication best practices and promotes adherence
- Rescheduling or canceling meetings as needed
- Coordination of project resource and scheduling of project tickets
- Maintains after-hours schedule
- Process customer approved orders and prepare them for our project team.
- Creation of purchase orders and procurement of materials for our project and service teams.
- Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and associated deadlines
- Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
Requirements & Skills
- High school diploma or GED.
- Word, Excel, Outlook and Web Applications a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extremely detail-oriented, with ability to multitask, effectively coordinate changing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Diplomatic mindset and proven ability to work well in a team environment and across a matrixed organization.
- Strong emotional intelligence and collaborative spirit.
- Proactive mindset that allows for self-sufficiency when it comes to finding solutions or learning new skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and proactively to new technology and constantly evolving organizations, and to thrive in an extremely fast-paced and high-pressure working environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
