What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at CCIReal Estate?
We are looking to hire a part time administrative assistant for our mobile home park in Presque Isle. This position will primarily be remote work with occasional visits to the park, approximately 10 hours per week. Office supplies will be provided (ink, paper, etc...). You will need your own computer and printer/scanner.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Communicate with on-site manager throughout the week to obtain any updates
- Print paperwork for manager and deliver to the park
- Scan and email paperwork throughout the week (applications, leases, receipts, etc...)
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Submit park photos as requested
- Attend bi-monthly video meetings at the park via Zoom or Google Meet, approximately 30 minutes per meeting
Experience/Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of how to copy/scan documents and send emails
- Reliable transportation
- Be self-motivated and able to perform well with minimum supervision
Compensation:
$14/hour paid weekly
Applicants must be over 18 and are subject to a background check.
