We are seeking an experienced, hard-working, reliable team member to join our Front Office team as the Front Office Coordinator/Check-In
Requirements and Responsibilities for this position include scheduling, answering phones, customer service, covering for check-in/ check-out, insurance eligibility and verification, and other duties as assigned. This position will primarily work Front Desk Check-In for the clinic, but also cross-train to cover other front office areas like insurance verification, scheduling, and check out. Strong customer service skills and telephone etiquette is a must. Experience in insurance verification and billing a plus. Bilingual a plus.
