Responsibilities:
- Directs activities concerned with production of company product(s), establishing production priorities for effective operations and cost factors.
- Confers with management personnel to establish company policies and goals, production and quality control standards, budget and cost controls.
- Oversees equipment selection and maintenance, resource determination, and cost estimation.
- Coordinates production processes and activities with procurement, maintenance, and quality control.
- Reviews and analyzes production, quality control, maintenance, and operational reports to determine causes of nonconformity.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive production experience.
- Technical understanding of machinery functions mechanically, electrically, and software-wise.
- Previous experience with PCBs.
- Resourceful and analytical with exceptional communication skills.
- Aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Understanding of all facets of manufacturing production.
