What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tax Team Leader position at CCK Strategies?
The CCK Strategies Tax Team Leader is responsible for leading one of the seven tax teams, tackling complex tax issues, identifying strategic tax planning and other consulting opportunities, and enjoys cultivating client relationships. Tax Team Leaders provide directive candor – caring personally and challenging directly – to the Tax team and their direct reports to demonstrate CCK’s core values and ensure a healthy level of accountability. Tax Team Leaders report to the Tax Division Leader.
Tax Team Leaders are responsible for consultive client communication, strategy contribution, approving returns with results oversight, workload management, coaching and developing Tax Project managers, Tax Seniors and Tax Analysts, detail review in high volume seasons. Tax Team Leaders work closely with the Tax Division Leader to deliver excellent client care, develop production targets, and provide information vital to decision making.
Tax Team Leader: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field, with a minimum three years of experience. CPA preferred.
