Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer support. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our products and services. Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints effectively.
  • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback or provide additional support.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales initiatives.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with call center operations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
