The A / R Specialist and Office Generalist will provide support to the Finance operations team of CCL Industries, a $5.0 Billion corporation with headquarters in Toronto, Canada. The position will report into Victoria Sho, Director - Financial Planning and Analysis, and will be based at the CCL Operations Group Headquarters in Framingham, MA. It is a full-time, in-person role (not remote or hybrid).
Job Summary & Requirements
AR and Accounting Responsibilities :
- Manage high volume of intercompany billings using automated system
Update multiple billings files for each division
Create new charge out files for new billingsScan charge outs supporting documentationDistribute back up for invoices to sites via e-mailProcess manual invoices / credit memosPost cash receipts on daily basis (wires, ACH, checks)Prepare deposits
Scan all cash receiptsEnter intercompany paper transfersFollow up with sites on questions about paper transfers
Update IC balances on monthly basis; keep distribution list updatedReview Sales and Bookings reports submitted by sites (with follow up as needed) on a weekly basisPrepare the consolidated Sales and Bookings report for all CCL sites
Make updates to the Sales and Bookings report templateKeeping the Sales and Bookings report distribution list updatedAssist with other projects as they arise, especially around Quarter and Year End reporting and related to month end reportingOffice Responsibilities :
Update CEO's contacts in Outlook and filing business cardsProvide telephone and other office support as neededPrepare Fed Ex packagesSort incoming mailGreet and direct visitorsJob Requirements
Ideal candidate would be a professional with 5 years or more of experience in an office environment, with strong data management skills and IT skills and ideally some experience in processing AR.Must be fluent in Excel, Word and other commonly used Microsoft Office softMust be very detail oriented and have strong organizational, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.Must have a professional demeanor with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, the maturity / integrity / discretion to handle confidential and sensitive information, and the capacity to function as an effective and respected resource and partner within the organization.Must be able to work independently and set priorities to meet firm reporting deadlines.Must have a willingness to get things done regardless of the task, and be comfortable in a small, open office environment.Must have a good sense of humor and easy to get along with in our small office!!!User Experience with JD Edwards a plusCompensation
Annual Salary : $US 80,000 depending on experience
Bonus Opportunity : 5% of Salary at 100% Operating Income achievement, with a maximum payout of 15%
