Overview:

CCL Label Robbinsville, New Jersey is part of CCL Industries a world leader in specialty labeling and packaging solutions for our global customers. The Robbinsville location specializes in pressure sensitive labels for home and personal care products.

We are seeking a dedicated, experienced hands-on Finishing Supervisor to join our Production department. As a Finishing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the final stages of our production process to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery to our clients. The Finishing Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of finishers in Label and Shrink across multiple shifts.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Ensure finishing operators are properly trained

• Proper procedures are followed in the finishing department

• Ensure finishing operators are completing proper documentation and formation of core labels. Packaging and compliance with customer requirements

• Approves time-off requests for assigned employees

• Ensures good housekeeping in assigned area

• Completes performance reviews and monitor key performance indicators (KPIS)

• Enforces policies and issues disciplinary action if necessary

• Performed layered process audits

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

Relevant Associates or Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred but not required)

5 years of related experience in the printing industry (Required)

Previous leadership experience (Required)

Must possess strong computer skills with knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook

Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence

Must possess excellent communication skills, good time and project management skills

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand for long periods of time

Some travel is required

Must have the ability to match or detect differences between colors, including shades of color and brightness

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds

Schedule:

Monday to Friday (weekends as needed)
