Senior Solution Architect (only W2) Onsite Houston TX Direct client Rate : $55 / hr W2 The Senior Solution Architect plays a crucial role in ensuring that IT solutions are well-designed, compliant, and aligned with the company's strategic direction. They work collaboratively with various stakeholders, manage natural teams through squads, and ensure that solutions are future-proof and meet all regulatory and compliance requirements. Experience and Skills : The role requires 7-10 years in digital and IT, with at least 3 years of stakeholder management experience. The SA should have substantial technology experience, preferably with a background in software engineering, and be able to work in virtual teams across different time zones and cultures. Should be delivery-oriented, with a focus on agile and product-focused delivery. Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture methodologies such as TOGAF and architecture tooling like Bizz Design, PowerDesigner and ArchiMate modelling standard. Desirable Technical Skills : - intermediate to advance exposure to below skills.
