POSITION: Member Services Representative
DEPARTMENT: Wellness Center
HOURS: Casual (mostly weekend hours to cover rentals, occasional weekday hours to cover PTO)
UNION: Yes
UNION NAME: SEIU Local 113
WAGE RANGE: $18.63 - $27.79 an hour
General Responsibilities
We are seeking an individual that will create an overall positive experience for all wellness center members, prospective members, and guests. The Member Services Representative will maintain knowledge about memberships, programs, services and products offered by the wellness center. The Member Services Representative works under the direction of the Wellness Center & Community Health Director.
Education/Training
Receptionist experience preferred.

Education/Training
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- 1 years customer service experience
- Interest or experience in a fitness center setting or general fitness.
- Background and/or passion for fitness and wellness
- Exhibits excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook & Word)
- Maintains the integrity of highly confidential business and member information.
- Displays and promotes high standards of ethical conduct and behaviors consistent with organization standards.
- Adapts well to change with the flexibility to adjust to schedule changes when needed.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively.
Receptionist experience preferred.

Salary : $19 - $28
