What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative Minnesota, USA position at CCM Hockey?
To execute the CCM commercial strategy and deliver sales and margin targets to industry leading standard within the dedicated region. Maximize sales, profits and sell-through within stores. The Sales Representative is responsible for managing the sales of Hockey Equipment & Branded Apparel to retailers in the dedicated region with the goal of achieving/exceeding sales budgets established by sales management. This role is part of the US sales team based out of MN covering MN, ND, SD, WI various accounts assigned to and subject to change with direct reporting line to the Sr Sales Manager Indy/Buy Group Accounts USA.
Accountabilities
Develop constructive relationships internally and externally with personnel at stores to drive implementation of CCM sales strategies and targets
Drive sales and team sales with stores according to strategies
Achieve annual sales budget for the region
Establish and monitor key account plans and update quarterly
Adhere to yearly KPI’s as set out by sales management
Grow market share with different sales programs (bookings and repeats)
Execute all the sales programs and promotions directed by sales management
Implement go to market activities
Take pre orders at stores within region for all categories
Drive sell through at stores
Be responsible for an expense budget laid out by sales management
Service existing NCAA Teams and prospect for future NCAA teams per Pro Division standards
Your background
Bachelor’s Degree in Administration combine to a minimum of three to five years of sales and management experience (preferred in the sporting goods industry)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Excellent presentation, analytical, business/financial planning and management skills
Good organizational ability and ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast paced and reactionary environment
Ability to work independently and as a team player.B2B experience
Knowledge in the sporting goods industry and a passion for hockey are strong assets
Ability to frequent travel and overnights within the dedicated territory as well as occasional travel to CCM HQ
