Airbnb Cleaner

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various vacation homes. This position requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of assigned areas, including guest rooms, lobbies, and common areas.
• Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are fresh and presentable for guests.
• Manage housekeeping tasks efficiently while adhering to established schedules.
• Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning.
• Maintain cleanliness in custodial areas and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized.
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional services or items.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
• Uphold high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift
• No nights
• On call
