Key Responsibilities for the Event Marketing Assistant:
- Engage and assess potential customers at local events to drive brand awareness and generate revenue efforts.
- Work hands-on throughout the duration of each event.
- Promote and enhance awareness for our clients products and services
- Participate in training sessions to grasp essential client details and company processes.
- Maintain records of field activities and sales.
- Foster effective communication with teams across departments.
- Following initial training, assist in supervising team members to meet promotional event objectives.
- Shadow management personnel to gain a comprehensive understanding of team management and strategies for fostering a positive customer experience at events.

- Exceptional communication skills in both group and one-on-one settings.
- A strong commitment to upholding the highest standards of customer service for clients and potential donors.
