The Amenities Concierge is an ambassador of first impressions and responsible for assisting homeowners and guests so they can enjoy the amenities facilities and all they have to offer. This role is fundamental in maintaining our lively community and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment for all.
About the Community:
This community features a large clubhouse, pools, miles of trails, plus a farm and community garden all situated around a central lake. These amenities combine to offer residents a rich and earthy experience. Nearly every home will back up to a park, greenway or nature trail. Here, neighbors can enjoy the simple pleasures of country living, along with the connectivity and conveniences of city life.
What you’ll accomplish:
- Offering concierge services
- Extending the highest level of service to residents and guests
- Assisting with facility admittance
- Tactfully enforcing rules and regulations
- Sharing community information including parking regulations and services offered
- Prioritizing tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
What we’re looking for:
- Customer service and hospitality experience
- Professional communication, appearance, and behavior
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
- Flexibility to work after-hours, holidays, and weekends as scheduled
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
If driving is, or becomes, a requirement of the role, it is required, at all times, that you hold a valid state driver’s license for the class of vehicle you are driving, maintain a clean motor vehicle report, and hold current automobile insurance at statutory limits. You must notify People Operations immediately regarding any change to your motor vehicle standing. CCMC may periodically review motor vehicle reports to ensure compliance with these requirements.
The physical requirements can vary, but generally, they may include:
- Mobility: Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions.
- Lifting and Carrying: Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds.
- Extended Sitting or Standing: Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events.
- Manual Dexterity: Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices.
