Duties
- Greet clients and visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized records and files, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, email correspondence, and calendar management.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents and preparing reports.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism.
- Support medical or dental office operations as needed, including patient check-in/check-out processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a plus.
- Proficiency in computerized systems and software applications, particularly Google Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience as a personal assistant is an advantage but not required.
