What You’ll Do:
As a Medical Only Workers’ Compensation Claim Representative, you’ll play a key role in managing medical-only claims across Illinois, Indiana, and Wisconsin jurisdictions. This position is perfect for individuals with strong organizational skills, a passion for learning, and a desire to grow within a company that invests in its employees.
This position will require:
Completing required coursework, studying, and passing an exam to obtain an adjuster’s license.
Successfully passing a background check as part of the licensing process.

Responsibilities
Your Day-to-Day Includes:
Managing medical-only workers’ compensation claims in compliance with company standards and applicable laws.
Establishing and recommending reserves under supervision.
Approving or negotiating medical invoices and monitoring ongoing treatment.
Summarizing medical records and correspondence in claim logs.
Assisting with claim file setup, documentation, and closure.
Providing clerical and technical support to the claims team.
Complying with corporate claim standards and special client handling instructions.
Maintaining high performance standards, measured through audits.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table:
✅ Must-Have Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Excellent prioritization, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
🌟 Nice-to-Have Skills/Experience:
Familiarity with medical terminology.
Prior claims handling or insurance experience.
Adjuster’s license preferred or the ability to obtain one.
