Insurance Compliance Analyst

Position Overview
CCMSI is seeking an Insurance Compliance Analyst to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with insurance policies and regulations, issuing certificates of insurance, and managing compliance-related documentation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, experience working with certificates of insurance, and the ability to maintain effective relationships with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities
Review insurance sections of vendor and customer contracts for compliance.
Issue certificates of insurance based on requests and contract requirements.
Collect and manage vendor certificates for clients.
Maintain and update the certificate database.
Foster and maintain strong working relationships with clients, their customers, and the COI team.
Respond promptly and efficiently to verbal and written inquiries.
Address and resolve day-to-day service issues as they arise.
Ensure service targets and compliance requirements are met or exceeded.
Provide tailored solutions that align with client needs and system capabilities.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience
2–5 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically handling certificates of insurance within a brokerage environment.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies and compliance requirements.
Experience with certificate issuance and vendor compliance is highly preferred.
Certifications such as CISR, CPCU, or other insurance-related credentials are a plus.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong relationship-building abilities with internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Ability to work independently while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.
