Responsibilities
As a Low-Code Developer II, you will lead the development and maintenance of scalable, efficient applications using the Decisions.com platform. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand needs, propose solutions, and build out technical requirements into working tools that improve our operations. This role requires a high degree of autonomy, problem-solving ability, and technical proficiency—especially in SQL.
What You’ll Do
Design, build, and support low-code applications using Decisions.com
Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to turn requirements into functional solutions
Write, test, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries and statements independently
Participate in monthly deployment and release cycles, occasionally requiring Saturday morning availability
Track project time accurately and consistently using internal tools
Contribute to optimization efforts—making applications scalable, maintainable, and high-performing
Support junior developers with guidance and code reviews
Identify opportunities for improvement in workflows and propose creative solutions
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills & Experience
3 years of experience in low-code development
Strong proficiency in SQL—must be able to independently write and troubleshoot complex queries
Experience with Decisions.com low-code platform (required)
Familiarity with programming languages like Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript is a plus
High attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, Agile development environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time tracking effectively
Education / Certification
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent work experience
No specific certifications required, but relevant technical credentials are a plus
- SQL certification is a plus
