Position Title: Multi-Line Claim Specialist - Hybrid (Scottsdale, AZ)
Location: Hybrid (Scottsdale, AZ office with flexibility for remote work)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM MST
Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Multi-Line Claim Specialist to manage a hybrid role handling bodily injury claims for a dedicated client account, working across multiple jurisdictions. This role involves managing a nationwide caseload and offers a structured workday with minimal travel, giving you the opportunity to work with a supportive, experienced team.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do:
Handle bodily injury (BI) claims from start to finish in compliance with client-specific guidelines and legal requirements.
Manage claims across multiple jurisdictions for a nationwide business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Set reserves, review and process settlements, payments, and medical/legal bills.
Conduct claim reviews, audits, and performance evaluations to meet client expectations.
Collaborate with vendors, case managers, and other stakeholders to move claims forward effectively.
Represent CCMSI in hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings as necessary (virtually).
Provide outstanding service that adheres to internal standards while exceeding client expectations.
Qualifications
What You Bring:
Required:
3 years of experience adjusting bodily injury (BI) claims.
Adjuster's License (must be active).
Experience working with multi-jurisdictional claims.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Preferred:
Previous experience handling nationwide accounts.
