Responsibilities
As a Program Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our team. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring all inquiries and requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Building Evaluations: Coordinate and manage the building evaluation process, maintaining accurate records and files. This may require additional research and coordination with team members, clients, and/or vendors to ensure all evaluations are completed thoroughly and efficiently.
- Data Management: Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring all member information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Task Coordination: Successfully complete projects and tasks within designated timeframes, demonstrating strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Support & Collaboration: Assist other team members as needed, stepping in to help during vacations or busy periods.
Qualifications
What You Bring to the Table
Must-Have Skills:
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data entry experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in customer service or office work.
- Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, critical thinking, and problem-solving techniques.
