IT Systems Engineer
Location : Danville, IL (Hybrid) Work Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM (additional hours as needed) Salary Range : $60,000 - $90,000

Position Overview :
We are seeking an IT Systems Engineer to design, implement, and maintain technical solutions that enhance both client services and internal operations across CCMSI’s nationwide network. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in cloud, networking, and IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Research and implement technical systems projects, including server setup, software installation, LAN / WAN support, and virtualization.
Maintain corporate data centers, ensure security compliance, and apply system updates.
Design and implement network and computing solutions across multiple locations.
Administer resources in a Hybrid Microsoft Windows Server Active Directory and Azure environment.
Support Microsoft 365, storage systems (SAN, NAS, DAS), and endpoint management solutions.
Troubleshoot complex system issues with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with technical teams to improve IT services and maintain detailed project records.
Qualifications
What You Bring :
Education & Experience :
Associate’s degree or higher preferred, with at least 5 years of enterprise IT experience.
Strong background in Microsoft Windows Server environments (2016 / 2019 / 2022 / 2025) and Active Directory administration.
Technical Skills :
Proficiency in cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365.
Experience with storage management (SAN, NAS, DAS) and networking (TCP / IP, DHCP, DNS, FTP).
Expertise in virtualization technologies such as VMware.
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.
Familiarity with endpoint management solutions and patch management.
Experience with network infrastructure (switches, routers, VLANs) is a plus.
Soft Skills :
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent communication skills for internal and external client interactions.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
