Position Title: Workers' Compensation Claim SupervisorLocation: Hybrid – Albuquerque, NM (2 days in office per week after initial training period)Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM MTSalary Range: $75,000 - $90,000

Overview:

CCMSI is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Claim Supervisor to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. This hybrid role will involve supervising multiple accounts across various industries while managing a small caseload of your own. As a supervisor, you will oversee a team of 4 adjusters, ensuring compliance with New Mexico regulations and maintaining timely and accurate claim processing. Your leadership will be critical in coaching and developing adjusters to improve performance, ensuring adherence to client-specific guidelines and internal best practices. Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 4 adjusters, ensuring compliance with CCMSI’s Corporate Claim Standards and client-specific guidelines.

• Handle claims across various industries, focusing on New Mexico jurisdiction and managing complex or litigated cases.

• Ensure timely indemnity benefit payments and manage reserve establishment.

• Provide coaching and training to adjusters to improve performance and ensure compliance.

• Review medical, legal, and invoice documents, negotiating disputed costs when necessary.

• Manage a small caseload, maintaining high-quality claims handling and timely processing.

• Occasionally travel for claim reviews, training, and meetings.

• Maintain accurate diary reviews and ensure adherence to performance metrics.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• ✅ 6 years of workers' compensation claims experience is required.

• ✅ 3 years of supervisory experience preferred.

• ✅ Strong ability to manage multiple accounts across different industries.

• ✅ New Mexico adjuster’s license is required.

• ✅ Ability to lead by example, providing guidance and support to your team.

• ✅ Experience in claims reviews, trainings, and meetings is a plus.
