THE NO NONSENSE MANAGER:
Are you someone who thrives on structure, owns your responsibilities, and doesn’t flinch under pressure? We’re looking for a detail-driven, fast-paced, highly accountable individual to manage 250 residential rentals across Fauquier, Warren, and surrounding counties.
This job isn’t for the faint of heart. We need someone who can:
- Track every lease, rent payment, and move-in/move-out without being reminded
- Be on-call when emergencies arise—plumbing, electrical, tenant lockouts—you name it
- Speak with tenants with compassion but stand firm when rules are broken
- Dispatch vendors and handymen for repairs with urgency and logic
- Walk properties, conduct inspections, ensure key exchanges and walkthroughs are smooth and is willing to go to court for evictions if needed.
What You Bring:
- Fluent or conversational in Spanish (preferred)
- Familiar with Section 8, Virginia Housing Authority, and rental laws
- Reliable transportation and a clean background
- Comfortable with people from all walks of life, especially lower-income tenants
- No drama, no excuses, just results

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- Evenings as needed
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
