Overview
We are seeking for a Senior Sales Manager that will lead the local sales teams, oversees outside sales activities and ensures short to medium term objectives and goals for teams are met.
Description
- Execution of global sales strategy in local market
- Management of sales organisation activity for new and existing customers,
- Preparation of local strategy for dedicated period in connection of product, services provided by company
- Support forecasting and planning process
- Customer’s needs analysis
- Calculation of right products mix
- Communication within organization
- Identification of business opportunities – record and follow up of KPIs
- Support other team members to achieve the goals and personal development
Responsibilities
Preparation of sales plan
Forecasting the sales round map
Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales
Negotiation with customers
Participation on products mix proposal
Market survey identification of business opportunities
Presentations preparation
Cost calculation
Evaluation of projects
Support/cooperation with other teams within organization: logistic, technical, finance, legal
Qualifications
- University or technological degree
- Fluent in English
- 5 years experience in sales field of EQUIPMENT and PROJECT
- Experience in direct sales, final customer, large projects
- Experience in commercial refrigeration and food retail industry will be an asset
- Team management skills
