We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Setter/Telemarketerto join our team. This part-time role involves setting up appointments for our sales representatives and conducting light recruitment tasks.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Pay Structure: $13.00 To $14.00 an hour
Supplemental Pay: Commission pay and Bonuses
The position requires four weeks of on-site training, after which it transitions to a fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting office administrative duties.
- Conduct telemarketing and cold calling to set up appointments for potential clients.
- Schedule meetings for sales representatives to discuss and sell services.
- Engage with candidates, reviewing their resumes and discussing potential job opportunities.
- Provide detailed job descriptions to candidates and answer their queries.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for various administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Proven telemarketing experience, particularly in cold calling.
- Experience in setting up appointments and scheduling meetings.
- Basic recruiting experience, including resume review and job description discussions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
