Full-time Combined Position
Residential Coordinator/Mental Health Practitioner
Options Residential Coordinator-22 hours per week.
The Residential Coordinator provides team member supervision (training, support, scheduling, etc.), leadership, employee relationship building, caseload coordination, quality assurance, and program development. The position oversees and provides client-centered services and acts as a liaison with clients, guardians, county personnel, and other affiliates. Other duties as assigned.
Mental Health Practitioner-10 hours per week.
Provide Aftercare services to individuals transitioning from a more restrictive to a less restrictive living situation or at risk of psychiatric hospitalization. This position will be responsible for providing general psychiatric rehabilitation and case management services which will enable the recipient to develop and enhance psychiatric stability.
Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation and car insurance.
