Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator
The Supportive Living Services (SLS) Scheduling Coordinator plays a vital role in meeting client needs, with responsibility for the day-to-day coordination of SLS site staff scheduling, as well as performing administrative office activities. The SLS Scheduling Coordinator represents the organization by engaging with all levels of staff, as well as families and community resources. To be effective, the SLS Scheduling Coordinator thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and excels at multi-tasking and maintaining organizational systems.
This is a hybrid position; the first 30 to 60 days of training will be in the office.
Qualifications
High school education or equivalent required. A minimum of six months of experience scheduling employees in a fast-paced environment is strongly preferred.
What are the hours?
- 40 hours per week
- Hybrid 32 hours remote, 8 hours in office (Must be located within Fargo-Moorhead area)
- Monday-Friday 8 A.M.-5 P.M.
