In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality video content for internal and external audiences across a variety of industries. What You’ll Do You’ll get to work on a variety of videos, from short-and-sweet sizzle reels to long-form documentary-style features, while stepping up as a leader on the team. You will: Conceptualize, shoot and edit videos for audiences across multiple industries. Manage all aspects of shoot production, including running the camera, setting up lighting, capturing field audio, conducting interviews and filling other roles during a shoot. Ensure video output aligns with creative and strategic plans and complies with company and brand guidelines and visual identities. Collaborate with director and team members to develop and execute innovative storytelling approaches that are aligned with business objectives. Execute a wide range of video styles with finesse and musicality, including instructional, sizzle, documentary, motivational and more. Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables are on time and meet requirements. Manage and maintain video, photography, sound and lighting equipment. Lead theme development for video campaigns and collaborate on creative presentations to clients. Mentor other videographers, providing clear direction, guidance and feedback. What’s in It for You? Who You Are/ Qualifications You’re passionate and experienced in all aspects of video production, from presenting creative to clients to shooting and editing. Here’s more on what you bring to the table: Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 4 years of experience in visual creative development for a marketing, advertising, or communications department. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 2 years of experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience in a related field; or 8 years’ experience in a related field with no degree. Experience working with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Keen knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting and audio equipment. The ability to think strategically and stay organized, multitasking while also paying careful attention to detail under tight deadlines and production schedules. Exceptional interpersonal skills.
