The Account Manager is a key position. This position is responsible for but is not limited to: working closely with the Account Manager and customer personnel in supervising janitorial employees performing day-to-day and periodic cleaning activities in assigned work areas.
Basic job duties include: training; directing; inspection of trash removal, dusting, spot cleaning, window washing, mopping, vacuuming, washing/scrubbing projects, restroom cleaning, hard floor maintenance (including auto-scrubbing, buffing, stripping, waxing, and burnishing), carpet maintenance (including spot removal, shampooing and extracting), pressure washing, recycling, and restocking of supplies; and other duties as needed.
This is an evening shift position and requires flexibility as well as weekend work.
Education Requirements (Any)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification Requirements (Any)
Valid State Driver's License
