The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Business Intelligence (BI) systems, generating essential BI reports, and ensuring the security and accuracy of our data. This role is pivotal in supporting our business operations and driving data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Business Intelligence (BI) systems to ensure optimal performance and availability
- Generate BI reports and tools needed to assist the business in making informed decisions
- Administrate and maintain upgrades of all BI tools to ensure they are up-to-date and functioning correctly
- Administer user access to BI systems and monitor the security of data to prevent unauthorized access
- Audit BI reports to validate the correctness and integrity of data
- Partner with operations, sales, and administrative leaders to design and deploy actionable reports.
- Proven experience in managing and maintaining BI systems
- Strong knowledge of BI tools and software
- Familiarity with Workday system is preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Industry experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
