UNDERSTANDING THE ROLE
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. This position will play a crucial role in managing HR operations, implementing HR strategies, and supporting in achieving organizational goals. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication and organizational skills and a deep understanding of HR best practices.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day HR operations; serving as the point person for routine outreach in a multitude of areas including benefits, systems, policies, etc.
- Facilitate a seamless onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and supported.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Take ownership of the HR mailbox; ensuring quick and concise responses.
- Manage company-wide PTO process.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives set forth by Director to improve employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation in our HRIS, ADP Workforce Now.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in its HR practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR management or generalist roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HRIS systems required. ADP Workforce Now experience a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

SALARY RANGE: $75,000 - $95,000
