UNDERSTANDING THE ROLE
We are seeking a self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented Senior Executive Assistant to support the Chief People Officer of CCS Fundraising. The ideal candidate is resourceful, strategic with their time management in a deadline-driven corporate environment, possesses high EQ, and approaches challenges with empathy and curiosity. The candidate should have some project management experience and an interest in strategic human capital projects. This is a full-time role with opportunities for growth and professional development in a mission-driven, growing company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop an understanding of CCS client-facing work, internal projects and their respective needs to ensure that appropriate meetings are scheduled, and materials are prepared in a timely manner;
- Manage the complex calendar of the Chief People Officer, setting up meetings, communicating with other leaders and employees at CCS, and anticipating and resolving any scheduling conflicts. Provide support for group meetings aligned with strategic HR initiatives in L&D, DEIB and Performance Management;
- Manage the start-up and wrap-up process for relevant projects. Maintain digital records in accordance with HR and company data management policies.
- Coordinate with the Assistant to the CEO and the Chief of Staff; represent the HR department with regards to office management operations at the NY Headquarters.
- Act as a key member of the People Team, leaning into collaboration, positivity and support of HR team.
- Provide support to the monthly People Team meeting and annual in-person gathering.
- Prepare timely expense reports and ensure compliance with all company-wide data entry policies
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism, among staff and clients, consistent with the firm’s mission and values
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- 6 years of experience providing executive support as an assistant, executive assistant, office manager, or similarly focused position
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to become familiar with firm-wide specific programs and software including ADP and Monday.com
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Self-starter able to drive activity in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly and professional demeanor; ability to work collaboratively within a team

SALARY RANGE: $90,000 - $115,000
