The Department of Health is looking for someone to serve as an Administrative Services Manager for the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy. This position would serve in a variety of capacities for the Board and would require flexibility and adaptability for the candidate selected.
- Work in a variety of Microsoft and web-based platforms, including, but not limited to, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, LARS, and RedCap.
- Reviewing, inputting, and coordinating disciplinary cases for investigation and review.
- Reviewing and coordinating responses to informational inquiries between investigative and legal staff.
- Assisting administrative staff in application review.
- Write reports on status of cases, quarterly monitoring, and inspection for review by leadership.
- Assist Administrative Director with duties as needed, such as Board meeting communications and minutes and data projects.
- Responsible for application processing of ambulatory surgery treatment centers.
- Required to maintain confidentiality and security of documents.
This is a hybrid position, with in-office requirements three days a week.
