Scope of Proposed Services:
- Assist the State in the design of Office of Community Development Disaster Recovery Unit (OCD DRU) use of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management, based on complexity of State use.
Mandatory Expertise and/or Relevant Experience:
- Expert-level experience in Intelligrants grant management software architecture.
- Experience with the installation of application packages for:
- Python
- Heroku PostgreSQL
- Microsoft Power BI
