Senior Analyst Specialist – $110K | Pentagon & Suffolk, VA

Location: The Pentagon (Arlington, VA) & Suffolk, VA

Salary: $110K annually

Security Clearance: Active Top-Secret required

We are seeking a Senior Analyst Specialist to support the Joint Training Exercise Evaluation Program (JTEEP) at the Pentagon and Suffolk, VA. Key Responsibilities

• Provide financial analysis and programmatic support under the supervision of a program manager.
• Execute financial tracking, reporting, and analysis, ensuring proper budget allocation and utilization.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative evaluations to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop financial models, reports, and leadership presentations for senior DoD personnel.
• Communicate financial and programmatic findings to senior military and defense leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of financial execution experience, or
• 7 years of relevant experience (without DTS).
• Financial Execution Expertise:
• Experience in obligation analysis, spend plan execution, budget communication, and financial programming for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) funds.
• Analytical & Communication Skills:
• Ability to develop detailed reports, create financial models, and present briefings to senior leadership.
• Security Clearance & Citizenship:
• U.S. Citizen with an active Top-Secret clearance.
