Senior Analyst Specialist – $110K | Pentagon & Suffolk, VA
Location: The Pentagon (Arlington, VA) & Suffolk, VA
Salary: $110K annually
Security Clearance: Active Top-Secret required

We are seeking a Senior Analyst Specialist to support the Joint Training Exercise Evaluation Program (JTEEP) at the Pentagon and Suffolk, VA. Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial analysis and programmatic support under the supervision of a program manager.
- Execute financial tracking, reporting, and analysis, ensuring proper budget allocation and utilization.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative evaluations to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop financial models, reports, and leadership presentations for senior DoD personnel.
- Communicate financial and programmatic findings to senior military and defense leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with 3 years of financial execution experience, or
- 7 years of relevant experience (without DTS).
- Financial Execution Expertise:
- Experience in obligation analysis, spend plan execution, budget communication, and financial programming for Operations & Maintenance (O&M) and Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) funds.
- Analytical & Communication Skills:
- Ability to develop detailed reports, create financial models, and present briefings to senior leadership.
- Security Clearance & Citizenship:
- U.S. Citizen with an active Top-Secret clearance.
