Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience; OR
- No degree with at least 7 years
- Experience in three (3) or more areas of financial execution
- Demonstrated success in two (2) or more of the following areas:
- Financial execution of a spend plan
- Experience in conducting analysis of obligation plans vs obligations.
- Experience in monthly financial reporting.
- Experience with communications of budget materials to senior officials
- Experience in financial programing for O&M and RDT&E
- Experience with presentations to senior officials
- Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis and evaluations.
- Experience in creating complex spreadsheets.
- Experience in creating Power Point presentations.
- Experience in the ability to research payments.
- Experience in setting up conferences
