Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior System Integrator with strong DevOps and AWS skills and experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating complex systems and technologies, including AWS and CI/CD tools, to achieve optimal performance and efficiency. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits. The candidate must have hands-on experience with AWS and a development background.
Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with ElasticSearch, Kubernetes, GitLab, and Linux scripting
- Integrate complex systems and technologies in an AWS environment
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployments
- Scripting for Unix/Linux servers
- Use all AWS resources efficiently and effectively to reduce costs
- Design, develop, and maintain system integration architecture and infrastructure
- Analyze and troubleshoot system integration issues including those related to AWS
- Manage and maintain the availability, reliability, and scalability of integrated systems
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts to ensure system integration quality and performance
- Collaborate with software developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve system integration issues
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends related to system integration, AWS, and CI/CD tools
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
- At least 8 years of experience in system integration, software engineering, or related field
- Strong AWS skills with experience in implementing and managing AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and CloudFormation
Desired Experience:
- Experience with GIS tools such as ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar
- Strong knowledge of system integration principles and practices, including API integration, data integration, and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
