- 5 years of experience in systems administration or high-level desktop support
- Experience in cloud computing, networking, and working with vendors.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong demonstrative problem-solving skills
- Understanding of computing devices, operating systems, software installation and administration
- Professional experience with VOIP, mobile technologies, and network environment
- Perform In-person break-fix and remote support
- Troubleshooting internet / LAN and WAN Connectivity issues
- Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows OS
- Upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers
- General preventative maintenance
- Account administration
- Support end users on basic software, hardware and printers
- Knowledge of Networking, Virtualization, Outlook, Windows & Mac OS, Web Based and Installable applications.
