Technical:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or 10 yrs of Financial Analytics experience
- 5 yrs Financial planning and analysis, Budgeting, forecasting. Accounting or related experience working with financial planning systems
- Analysis, maintenance, and enhancement of financial systems experience
- Implementation, maintenance, and review of financial systems experience
- Government Contracts experience is a MUST
- Costpoint, Cognos, ProPricer, OpenPlan and Datarails experience is a plus.
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Excel using advanced formulas, pivots, charts, and graphs, data imports and database optimization
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial processes and systems
- Effectively communicate in English, including speaking, reading, writing, and comprehension, as necessary for effective job performance and workplace communication
- Provides expert end-to-end knowledge to users in automated financial systems and use of financial system applications conducting staff training on the use of financial system
- Documents processes, procedures, and system configurations
- Ensures accuracy, compliance, and functionality of financial systems
- Supports the organization's strategic financial objectives
- Successfully complete assigned training and examinations, as well as participate in ongoing performance and development reviews, and goal setting
- Be available to participate in internal or external meetings, special functions, and professional development opportunities
- Cross-train and share knowledge with other team members
