Description This position requires a person with a moderate background in A/V system integration, design and function. A thorough and proven knowledge of installation techniques, AVIXA standards, and National Electric Code (NEC) requirements are essential. The individual in this role must possess the following: a high degree of organizational and communication skills, an eye for detail on project documentation, a good knowledge of ERP systems and the departmental process flows. This position also requires the following programming and troubleshooting abilities with little to no assistance: program and troubleshoot Control system programs and change appropriately using AMX, Crestron and or other brands of control systems, troubleshoot Audio system programs and change appropriately using QSC QSYS, Biamp and/or other brands of Audio DSPs.
Requirements & Qualifications:

- Ability to read line drawings proficiently
- High level troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- 5 rack builds (photo examples recommended)
- High level attention to detail
Preferred Certifications:
- CTS
- Crestron 101
- QSYS Level 1 & 2
- AMX Net-Linx Programmer Level 1
- Basic networking & PC knowledge (how to connect to a network switch & setting IP addresses)
Expectations This individual is responsible for all technical aspects of each assigned job along with all information provided by Project Management and Engineering. Pre-planning and job completion with no loose ends are key focus points. Uploading programs weekly to the server and completing project notes/documentation in Basecamp is also a critical responsibility. This individual will also be responsible for the stock levels, maintenance, and upkeep of the CCS rack lab.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
