Description: This position is responsible for the troubleshooting, service and repair of installed AV equipment. This individual will be responsible for processing and tracking DOA equipment, warranty repairs, non-warranty repairs, Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as well as incoming service requests from customers and other CCS departments.
Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Work both independently and with the Service team to troubleshoot audio, video and control systems problems
- Interface with customers before, during and after service is complete
- Provide customer support as needed
- Process and track DOA equipment, warranty repairs and non-warranty repairs
- Work with clients who have Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as well as incoming service requests
- Work within our ERP system to complete tasks
- Learn and work within our departmental process flow
- Update and maintain all project documentation in an accurate and timely fashion
Qualifications:
- 2 years AV industry experience; required
- Crestron Core Certification; required
- QSC Level 1 / Biamp Tesira; preferred
- Dante L1 2; preferred
- Extensive background in A/V system integration design and function
- Experience with Crestron, AMX, QSC and Biamp
- Strong understanding of control systems, video distribution and audio processing
- Extremely detail oriented
- High level troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Pay: $52,000.00 - $71,000.00 per year
