About the role

Partners with Marketing, Agency management and financial representatives to create and implement marketing plans to meet identified objectives of specific agencies and financial representatives, including new household acquisition efforts, cross selling opportunities and client retention. Drives awareness and enrollment in current marketing programs as well as marketing strategy and social media consultation, project management work, data gathering, and reporting.

How does this role make an impact?

- Communicates and educates agents and staff on Marketing best practices and tools and supports agent inquiries and consultations on Marketing tactics.
- Conducts marketing needs analysis to identify performance needs and gaps, consults regarding potential solutions, and assists in implementing solutions.
- Compiles, tracks and analyzes data to evaluate marketing solutions, reports findings and communicates suggestions for improvement.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with various internal and external contacts to support and align Marketing programs and plans to corporate objectives.

Do you have what we're looking for?

• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, including strong customer service skills.
• Good planning and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, organize effectively, establish priorities and attend to details.
• Computer proficiency with working knowledge in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to think critically and strategically, including strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Typically requires 2 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.

This position is part of a job family. Placement will be determined by skills and qualifications of the candidate.

Base Pay Range:

$54,000-$74,250

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay:

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
