What are the responsibilities and job description for the Staffing Coordinator position at CCTC Opportunities?
CCTC is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to support adequate staffing levels through interviewing, processing, hiring, orienting, and placing qualified staff with consumers seeking positive behavioral support, growth and development. This includes maintaining open, consistent, and effective communications with staff, program managers, case managers, and site supervisors to ensure adequate staffing levels. In addition, the Staffing Coordinator monitors and verifies staff utilization and effectiveness while supporting staff retention through responsiveness and maintaining consistent staffing processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in human services field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of recruitment experience in human services field preferred.
- Experience providing direct service to children in a mental health discipline or coordinating service preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to engage others cross culturally, develop open communication and create positive environments.
- Demonstrated performance engaging professionals through recruitment and meeting hiring quotas.
- Data collection and problem solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Able to handle sensitive, confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Bilingual Spanish and additional languages preferred.
- Covid-19 Vaccination required.
