Position Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cabinet Installer to handle the installation of cabinets in residential and commercial settings.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cabinet installation, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering superior results.
Key Responsibilities :
- Install Cabinets : Measure, cut, and install cabinets according to specifications, ensuring a perfect fit and finish.
- Read Blueprints : Interpret and work from blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installation.
- Prepare Work Area : Set up and maintain a clean and safe work area, including the use of protective coverings and equipment.
- Customer Interaction : Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, addressing any concerns or adjustments as required.
- Quality Assurance : Inspect finished work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations, making any necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications :
- Experience : Minimum of X years of experience in cabinet installation or a related field.
- Skills : Proficiency in using hand and power tools, understanding of cabinetry techniques, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.
- Knowledge : Familiarity with different types of cabinetry materials and installation methods.
- Attention to Detail : Strong focus on precision and quality, with the ability to deliver high-standard results.
- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Physical Stamina : Ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Certifications : Relevant certifications or training in cabinet installation.
- Driving License : Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
SALARY & BENEFITS
- Full time Monday thru Friday company employee position
- Competitive hourly rate
- Earn $50k to $65k per year
