Survey Manager

Responsibilities

CCU is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Survey Manager to oversee and manage surveying projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional technical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of surveying methodologies. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and quality of survey data while collaborating with various teams to deliver successful project outcomes.

Duties

• Lead and manage in the field and office settings, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Utilize advanced surveying equipment, including GPS technology, to gather accurate data for various projects.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to interpret survey results and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and specifications.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the surveying process.

Experience

• Proven experience in a survey management role or similar position within the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong background in data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets accurately.
• Familiarity with various surveying tools and technologies, including GPS systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly.
• A degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
