The Center for Christian Virtue (CCV) Multimedia Manager supports the mission of CCV by producing impactful visual storytelling to engage our supporters. With a focus on web development, the Multimedia Manager will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing multimedia content across various platforms. They are creative, organized, and
technically skilled. In conjunction with Department Directors and Communications Team, the Multimedia Manager ensures CCV and its subsidiaries are consistently conveying a compelling and clear message to key audiences.
Reports to: Visual Communications Director
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Compensation: Full-time, Salaried/Exempt; Commensurate with experience
Location: Columbus, Ohio

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with the Communications and Visual Communications Directors to develop and produce high-quality multimedia content, especially websites and graphics, that aligns with the organization’s messaging and branding.
- Oversee CCV and all of its subsidiaries’ websites using WordPress, HTML, CSS, and XHTML, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly experience.
- Develop brands and marketing campaigns for new and ongoing initiatives of CCV and its subsidiaries.
- Create responsive and interactive web elements to support multimedia content, including videos, podcasts, graphics, and photography.
- Partner with Visual Communications Director to maintain a consistent visual identity across all multimedia content to ensure brand consistency in all communications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques in multimedia production and communication and provide guidance and support to team members when needed.
Job Qualifications & Requirements
Skills and Experience
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and web development.
- Ability to communicate effectively, thoroughly, and accurately across digital and print formats.
- Detail-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills, including the ability to operate on a schedule, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellence, without immediate or constant supervision.
- Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite; skills in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and audio editing software are a plus.
Character and Spiritual
- Mature Christian, currently attending or pursuing attendance in a local church.
