Job Requirements
- Current State of California Nurse Practitioner License.
- Current valid Federal Controlled Substance Registration Certificate.

- Availability for all shifts with flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.
- Demonstrated ability to practice emergency medicine.
- Proven knowledge of gynecologic, preventive care.
Job Overview
In this role, you will provide physician-supervised healthcare services delivering general medical care conducting physicals assessments evaluations and minor surgeries for patients in an outpatient primary care community health center.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer quality care within the scope of state or federal law performing physical examinations and implementing treatment plans.
- Contribute to the organization's Clinical Performance Measures and the Patient-Centered Medical Home program.
- Participate in public relations efforts instructing and educating trainees and staff.
- Maintain patient records and attend internal and external meetings.
